the snow is only falling stronger. i'm under 3 layers of clothing as i walk slowly but surely, carrying a backpack of camping supplies and holding a walking stick to help me keep balance as the blizzard persists. stumbling on the trail, trying to find my way to the top of the mountain. the wind is howling in my ears. i can only pray the storm settles.
